Akin Akinsanya is the Chief Operating Officer and Compliance Officer at Finer Days Healthcare, leading operations, compliance, and scalable growth across home health and group home services. Previously, he led high-growth acceleration and startup ecosystem development at Invest Newark, supporting founders through funding pathways, mentorship, and strategic partnerships, with exposure to venture-building programs including HAX/SOSV. Akin is also an Adjunct Instructor and Industry Mentor for NSF I-Corps, helping early-stage teams apply lean startup methods to validate markets and drive commercialization. An entrepreneur for 18+ years, he has founded and scaled ventures across industries—including EdTech—and has completed successful exits.
