About Anant Gandhi:

I thrive at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and real-world impact where complex industries meet transformational growth opportunities.

As Executive Director of Bridgestone OTR Sales at Bridgestone Americas, I support Bridgestone’s North American off-the-road business across mining, construction, ports, and underground operations. These aren't simple sales cycles. They're multi-year partnerships built on a long track record of being best in class, where maximizing uptime in some of the harshest conditions is critical and partnerships are built to optimize operations.

What energizes me most is navigating complexity: volatile commodity markets, shifting global supply chains, and the technical intricacies of matching technology to demanding operating conditions. I've spent over 20 years across my diverse career developing strategic vision to see around corners and the hands-on expertise to execute in the trenches, whether that's closing a major contract, developing custom solutions for unique applications, or coaching my team through challenging negotiations.
I believe in servant leadership. My job isn't just to set direction. It's to clear obstacles, develop talent, and create an environment where seasoned professionals can do their best work. The results speak for themselves, but it's the relationships and the people I've developed along the way that I'm most proud of.

Anant Gandhi Q&A:

  • The energy and the radical collaboration that a place like this has and attracts is what excites me most about the Wond’ry.

  • Being able to color outside of the lines in a really good way and showing others how to do so as well – simply put: creative problem solving.

Simplify that which is complex and crafting clarity on the communications to do so.

Make connections – both people and organizations.

Coaching on how to present and speak to “suits”

  • The first time I showed a CEO that her thinking was flawed by leveraging the words of customers. On a day to day basis my proudest moments are when I work with individuals and teams that feel empowered and energized and have a bias towards action.

  • This is a tossup between how a fear of failure can often handicap some of the brightest people from taking any action and the number of times I hear opinions stated as fact…Common people, we don’t know, what we don’t know and the only way we are going to find out is by doing!

  • There is one thing that I would have changed and you’ll have to ask me in person to find that one out.

  • Grit.

  • A 00 (double O) agent.
