About Bob Grohovsky:
Bob Grohovsky is a technology, growth and innovation executive with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations turn complex business challenges into scalable growth opportunities. His career spans leadership roles at Microsoft, Salesforce and BMI, as well as advising and building entrepreneurial ventures.
Most recently, Bob has focused on applying AI, data, workflow automation and modern go-to-market strategies to reinvent traditional industries and create new business models. During nearly a decade at Microsoft, he held leadership roles across Business Applications, Healthcare, Commercial Sales and strategic partnerships, developing growth strategies and working with executive teams across a wide range of industries.
Bob combines the discipline of a large-enterprise executive with the curiosity and speed of an entrepreneur—connecting technology, customer experience, operations and business strategy to turn ideas into executable businesses.
He holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management and a BS in Electronics and Computer Technology from Indiana State University. He has also served in community and entrepreneurial leadership roles, including Chairman of the Nashville State Community College Foundation and founding mentor and advisor to OurVinyl.
Additional information: I have been fortunate to have a career that has taken me from technology and operations into sales, strategy, innovation and entrepreneurship, including leadership roles with Microsoft, Salesforce and BMI. At this stage of my career, I am increasingly interested in using those experiences to help people and organizations grow.
Community service has also been important to me. I served for many years with the Nashville State Community College Foundation, including as Chairman, and have been involved in mentoring entrepreneurs and emerging organizations. I particularly enjoy working with people who are trying to create something, overcome an obstacle, or find a path forward—and I tend to be most useful when there is a problem that doesn't come with an instruction manual.
