Bonny Roberts:

Customer Success: Healthcare, Independent

About Bonny Roberts:

Bonny Roberts has spent the last 25 years in healthcare IT, oscillating between health systems and startups. Today she is a co-founder of Cognomiq, a unified, AI run, end-to-end data management platform, or more simply put, what everything plugs into to access provider data. Her career began as Yale New Haven Hospital's Administrative Fellow and she earned her honorary MBA when she was a founding team member of the Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX.) At GHX she was a product manager innovating ecommerce supply chain. Next Bonny facilitated clinician-driven IT project prioritization, custom app development and Epic implementations at The Ohio State University Medical Center until she joined startup, Aventura, where she drove customer success (everything after the sale with a team of engineers and PMs: system implementation, customer support, account management) and, for a time, sales operations, and marketing. After Aventura, she led customer success for Diameter Health, an intelligent clinical data refinement solution in the interoperability space. Next she managed internal IT customers for Centura Health, a 21-hospital health system until she joined startup, Opsis Health, a nutrition-tracking and monitoring AI company that served both consumers and businesses (clinical trial/pharma, healthcare providers, payors, fitness and groceries) where she developed the growth strategy. She served as a practice transformation consultant for Medi-Cal providers and managed care organizations and FQHCs for about a year until she joined Cognomiq. Bonny lives outside Boulder where she can be found do all sorts of Colorado sports with her dog and family.
