Brian Alter is a Growth Equity and Venture Capital investor at B Capital focused on enterprise and vertical software. Prior to joining B Capital, Brian received an MBA from Wharton at UPenn. While at business school, he managed a team of venture fellows with Pear VC, an early-stage fund investing in student founders. Brian previously led the Finance & Strategy function at Artsy and began his career in investment banking at Jefferies. He graduated from Vanderbilt in 2016 with a degree in Human and Organizational Development, Economics, and Financial Economics.
