Dr. Carolyn Thompson is a Board-certified OB/Gyn with over 30 years’ clinical experience and practice management. Her years in practice have facilitated her work as a medical litigation consultant providing expert Ob/Gyn case review, deposition, and testimony at trial for medical malpractice cases. Her experience provides valuable insight into critical aspects of clinical decision support, and guidance in building and marketing healthtech support products that are best positioned to mitigate suboptimal outcomes and litigation risks. Dr. Thompson holds a bachelor’s degree cum laude from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Her Medical Degree was earned at The University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center, and she completed her internship and residency training at The University of Missouri, Kansas City. She has participated in international surgical mission work for over 20 years.
