Conn Fishburn is the Founder and Managing Partner of F3IDEAS, a strategic advisor and management consultancy working at the intersection of media, marketing, entertainment, finance, and technology. Before founding F3IDEAS, Fishburn was the Head of Partner Innovation at Yahoo, where he helped shape the Internet Advertising ecosystem. Prior to that he was the Senior Partner, General Manager for Ogilvy and Mather, leading cross-disciplinary teams at the forefront of marketing for some of the world's biggest brands.

Early in his career he co-founded Dig, an ethnographic and innovation consultancy, which he sold to his partners, and he was the Director of Brand Experiences for the Web 1.0 start-up Internet Appliance Network, which was a prescient vision of a mobile first, touch screen Internet experience.
