Debra is the founder of Sunderland Coaching, LLC. With over 20 successful years of executive and team coaching, she focuses on the root of sustainable success for any company - relationships, purpose driven work, personal responsibility, engagement and team collaboration - from the inside out! An expert in small-group dynamics and leadership development, she specializes in building trusting, collaborative teams that are able to achieve their strategic objectives. She is passionate about people living full, abundant lives and creating what they most want!  Debra graduated from New York University, earning an MBA. She also studied at Miami University, and has a B.A. in Political Science. She has a certificate in Conscious Leadership Coaching, Corporate Goal Coaching, Psychology, CTI Co-Active training, and is a certified IeQ9 Enneagram practitioner.
