About JoAdel Adeola:

I’m the founder and CEO of Fathom, a startup focused on workforce innovation that connects talent to the world of work. I’m a serial entrepreneur, startup coach, and subject matter expert on workforce development.

With a career spanning over a decade, I have gained extensive experience in youth and workforce development, lean innovation, and business operations. My credentials include completing the National Science Foundation’s I-Corps program, being a member of Vanderbilt University's Founder incubator program for entrepreneurs, a mentor for the National Science Foundation I-Corps Ideator and Builder regional programs housed at Vanderbilt's Wond'ry Innovation Center, and completing Techstars '24 Workforce Development Accelerator program.

My business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset are deeply influenced by my upbringing in multiple family ventures and educational experiences in Nigeria and the U.S. These diverse cultural and learning experiences have given me a broad perspective on the intricacies of culture, technology, and the global economy, driving my interest in the field of workforce development.
