Juan Cruz Garzon is the COO and Co-Founder of Fligoo, an Enterprise AI company working with large organizations across the U.S and Latin America. For more than a decade, he has helped organizations identify, build, and scale AI solutions for complex business and operational challenges. His experience spans enterprise AI adoption and go-to-market, with particular depth in financial services and wealth management, supply chain and industrial operations, retail, and oil & gas. As a founder and operator, he has helped build and scale an international technology company, leading multimillion-dollar enterprise engagements, international expansion, strategic partnerships, fundraising initiatives, and M&A activities across the Americas. His perspective is shaped by working in technology, business, and operations, helping organizations translate AI from experimentation into real operating capabilities and measurable value. He is currently exploring the infrastructure behind the next generation of AI - including data centers, power, and electricity. He is also involved in reforestation initiatives.
