Lane serves coffee by creating relationship-driven success and product innovation with sustainability at its core.

She is focused on building teams to create and champion disciplined idea pipelines and strategies that drive revenue, build communities, increase brand recognition and bolster the bottom line while creating and nurturing a thriving, equitable and regenerative coffee value system.

Lane frequently shares her insights and expertise as a keynote speaker and moderator at international coffee conferences such as World of Coffee and CoffeeFest. She also serves as an advisor and mentor at the Coffee Equity Lab at Vanderbilt University and Emory University’s Specialty Coffee Programs.

As a former member of the US Leadership Council of the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), as well as a Sensory Judge for the SCA’s US Barista Championship and the US Coffee in Good Spirits Championship, she has a deep knowledge and appreciation of the coffee value chain and the challenges and opportunities it presents for all participants.

She also serves as a Sensory Judge for the Global Coffee Awards, Cup of Excellence and the African Fine Coffee Association’s Taste of Harvest.

She volunteers with non-profits that support women and communities in the coffee industry, such as Women in Coffee Project, Grounds for Health, and International Women's Coffee Alliance.
