Mike Rosengarten is a General Partner at Builders and focuses on B2B SaaS, Intelligent Enterprise, Applied AI, and Regulation Tech. As a product-driven investor, he partners with founders building transformative enterprise solutions. Prior to joining Builders, Mike co-founded Camino, a Permitting and Licensing platform for state and local governments. As CEO, he led the company from inception to scale, growing it to 100+ government customers and national recognition before its acquisition by Clariti Software in 2023. Before Camino, Mike was CTO at OpenGov, where he built and led the product, engineering, and design teams. Under his leadership, OpenGov launched flagship products in financial reporting, data workflows, and data storage. He played a key role in scaling the company from a handful of employees to nearly 100, expanding its customer base from early adopters to hundreds. OpenGov became one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in public sector history and was acquired by COX for $1.8Bn. Mike is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara, where he studied Computer Science.
