Nanda Coimbra is a Program Manager for Entrepreneurship & New Ventures at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she leads programs that support innovation, technology commercialization, and startup formation. She manages initiatives including the Chancellor’s Innovation Fund and the NSF I-Corps™ program, helping researchers and entrepreneurs validate market opportunities, commercialize technology, and advance evidence-driven startup development.

Originally from Brazil, Nanda has built her career around connecting people, ideas, and resources to strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystems. Her experience spans startup support, innovation programming, partnership development, operations management, sales and business development, and go-to-market strategy across academia, industry, and the broader startup community.

Known for her collaborative approach and energy for bringing people together, she believes strong connections are at the heart of every entrepreneurial journey.
