Paige is an experienced strategy consultant, leadership coach, and facilitator that leads with an empathetic human-centric approach. She leverages her strong communication and facilitation skills to engage cross-functional teams and drive towards alignment and consensus around complex changes. Paige’s experience includes strategic planning, change management, design thinking, team development.

She is a Nashville native, on the Board for Junior Achievement, and a TN Promise mentor. She has been consulting for 10 years and has had the opportunity to work with companies in a variety of industries (Healthcare, Music, Technology, Retail) that are at different places in their growth cycle. She has worked with large organizations, startups, government, and nonprofits.
