Robert Ritchie is a healthcare operator and builder focused on expanding access to high-quality, proactive care through scalable partnerships, technology, and disciplined execution. He currently works in a senior growth and partnerships role at Monogram Health, supporting enterprise payer relationships, strategic growth initiatives, and cross-functional execution.
Robert operates as a utility player between commercial strategy, operations, and executive leadership, with experience spanning payer partnerships, deal execution, and internal alignment. His work is centered on scaling value-based care models for patients with multiple chronic conditions.

Previously, Robert was an early employee at Cadence, a Thrive Capital–backed healthcare technology company, where he helped scale a remote patient monitoring and virtual care platform across large health systems. Earlier in his career, he worked as a strategy consultant at Deloitte, advising healthcare and life sciences organizations on growth strategy and operating model design. These experiences shaped his operator mindset and comfort working in complex, fast-moving environments. Robert’s interest in healthcare innovation is rooted in a broader passion for systems-level problem solving developed during his time at Vanderbilt, where he studied sustainable infrastructure and urban systems. Today, that perspective informs his approach to building partnerships, evaluating new ventures, and supporting early-stage ideas.

Beyond his core role, Robert remains actively engaged in entrepreneurial and investment-oriented projects, including early-stage venture exploration and advising founders on go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and operational rigor, with a particular interest in healthcare, technology, and long-term social impact.
