About Shannon Britt:

Shannon Britt is Vice President of Marketing at Electronic Express, where he leads enterprise marketing strategy with primary responsibility for scaling eCommerce while supporting 22 retail locations across Tennessee and Northern Alabama. Reporting to the CEO, he oversees brand positioning, customer segmentation, digital merchandising, paid media, CRM, lifecycle marketing, and performance analytics—establishing KPIs, managing budget investment, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive, data-driven customer experience across every channel.

In addition to his corporate leadership role, Shannon is a founder and operator with deep experience building consumer brands from concept through launch and scale. He co-founded Olura, a differentiated skincare and beauty device company combining customizable formulations with proprietary technology, leading product development, fundraising, brand architecture, and omnichannel go-to-market strategy through national retail and DTC distribution.

Earlier in his career, Shannon founded and led Ageless Aesthetics, a B2B distributor and brand commercialization company that introduced emerging skincare and aesthetic device brands into the professional spa and luxury hospitality markets. His work spans FDA-regulated product development, global manufacturing, regulatory strategy, brand building, and commercialization, bringing a pragmatic, founder-minded perspective to mentoring entrepreneurs as they turn ideas into scalable, market-ready businesses.
