Stephania Stavropoulos:
COO, OrchestraOS
About Stephania Stavropoulos:
Stephania Stavropoulos is the cofounder and Chief Operating Officer of Orchestra, where she leads the business side of the company and works across operations, strategy, partnerships, and go-to-market execution. Orchestra is building the API for the physical world, turning camera networks into actionable operational insights for cities, large enterprises, and complex ecosystems.
Stephania’s path into entrepreneurship has been shaped by being surrounded by builders from a young age. She grew up around entrepreneurs, later helped run her family’s business after graduating from Vanderbilt, and now brings those lessons into building a company of her own. With Orchestra, she has had the opportunity to present at TechCrunch Disrupt, be featured as a Stanford Graduate School of Business case study on frontier technology and future unicorns, and speak on a panel during the 2026 World Economic Forum in Davos.
A proud Vanderbilt alumna, Stephania graduated in 2022 with a degree in Economics and History and a minor in Political Science. Vanderbilt played an important role in shaping the way she thinks, especially at the intersection of business, history, policy, and people. As a mentor, she is excited to support students and alumni who are exploring entrepreneurship, emerging technology, career pivots, or simply trying to figure out how to turn a wide range of interests into a meaningful path forward."
